Today, mass media provides information on world events and there are events children should not watch or listen to. To begin with, not all TV shows or TV series are bad for children. Furthermore, TV can entertain children. In my opinion, children should be allowed to watch TV.
To start with, not all TV series are harmful for kids. There are some shows which help parents to teach their children, for example, Sesame Street which does not encourage violence. On the other hand, series like Bob the Builder’s purpose is to teach friendship and values so it could be said that children can be safe when watching TV.
TV can entertain children. TV shows are created in order to give another option so that children can spend their free time. Designers also think about the themes children want to see, for example, Elmo’s world, because it includes animation, animals, colors and funny characters.
In conclusion television is the most widely used means of communication in the world so we have to improve every day to make it more and more educational, and the TV will last for generations and we can not allow this means of communication becomes in a headache for the company. We must think about our children and grandchildren to know that this way of legacy they will leave and this is reflected in the programs that are broadcast by these media
